Hi, I’m Brittany.
I’m an Art Director and Designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area with over a decade of experience bringing ideas to life.
From childhood, I’ve had an innate drive to create. I’m endlessly curious about how things are made—whether I’m throwing pottery, making paper flowers, or perfecting the mochi recipe! (I recently read an article titled “People with Grandma Hobbies Have Better Mental Health,” which felt extremely validating.) Lately, that curiosity has extended into dabbling with AI tools, perhaps less grandma-coded, but just as exciting for exploring and expanding creative possibility.
Professionally, I’ve spent most of my career leading high-level concepting for 360° brand campaigns and shepherding them through meticulous execution. As Head of Creative at SusieCakes, I oversee everything from print marketing and OOH to websites, email, merch, store signage, packaging, and environmental design. At the core of my work is storytelling—crafting thoughtful, cohesive narratives that connect emotionally and come to life across every touchpoint, from the first sketch to the final rollout.
When I’m not working or creating, you’ll usually find me planning my next trip to Japan—my happy place. I even created a comprehensive, no-frills GUIDE for anyone planning a trip. Hope it’s helpful!
