SusieCakes Photography refresh

Two weeks after joining SusieCakes, I led my first major photoshoot: a full photography refresh inspired by the brand’s roots. Founded by Susie, who inherited her grandmother’s cherished recipes and memories, the goal was to capture that same sense of warmth and nostalgia—like baking in Grandma’s kitchen. We focused on moments that felt homemade and heartfelt: cookies cooling by the windowsill, mixing bowls in use, and cakes ready for a family gathering. The result was a visual story that felt as sweet and familiar as the desserts themselves.
